2023 Yamaha Fascino, Ray ZR Scooters Launched In India

Yamaha India has updated the 2023 lineup of its 125cc scooter range - the Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid, Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid and Ray ZR Street Rally 125 Fi Hybrid. The company recently launched the updated versions of FZ-S, FZX, R15 and MT-15.

The 2023 scooter lineup is now E20 fuel-compliant and new OBD2 or real driving emission (RDE) norms compliant-engines. This technology helps track data vital to the engine’s health and real-time emissions from the scooter.

The 2023 Yamaha Fascino & Ray ZR 125cc scooters are powered by Yamaha’s Bluetooth-enabled Y-Connect App to provide a host of convenient features like Fuel Consumption Tracker, Maintenance Recommendations, Last Parking Location, Malfunction Notification, Revs Dashboard, Rider Ranking & more.

Similarly, the scooters also get new colour schemes along with new graphics. The disc variant of the Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid and Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid will now be available in Dark Matte Blue colour, while the Ray ZR Street Rally 125 Fi Hybrid gets two new colours - Matte Black and Light Grey Vermillion

The 2023 Yamaha Fascino, 2023 Yamaha Ray ZR and 2023 Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally continue to feature the same 125cc, air-cooled, fuel-injected, 4-stroke, SOHC, 2-valve hybrid engine, which develops 8.2PS of maximum power and 10.3Nm of peak torque. The engine also gets Smart Motor Generator (SMG) System which doubles up as an electric motor.

The company says that this gives linear power when the rider accelerates from a stop. The scooters also feature Automatic Stop & Start system that prevents engine idling & starts with a single throttle twist & side stand engine cut-off switch.
